Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy
You can return any item purchased from Kititopin within 30 days from the date of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Please follow these steps to return an item:

- Once you receive the RA number, carefully pack the item and include a copy of your original invoice or receipt.
- Ship the item to the address provided with the RA number. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, you may do so within 30 days of purchase. Please follow the same return process and specify the item you would like to receive in exchange.
Non-Refundable Items
Some items are not eligible for return or refund. These include:

- Sale or clearance items
- Items that have been used or opened and are no longer in resalable condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs. Please keep the original packaging and take photos of the damage for our reference.
